Please join me in thanking the 8,000 volunteers who have made our Super Bowl host city debut beyond memorable.To accomplish the mammoth task they all had to possess the heart and passion of a salesperson.

Thank you, volunteers, for telling our story so well. You have been persuasive.

Thank you for the non-stop smiles, warm greetings and good wishes.Your warmth has been infectious. Your approachability skills are a lesson to all.

Thank you, super sales volunteers, for going the extra mile, being persistent and remaining accountable to pressure-filled timelines.Your dedication is inspiring and motivating.

Thank you for setting lofty goals, proving once again that we are a people cut from the timber of can-do. Your what-else-can-I-do attitude made an impression on all of us.You've given us lessons, examples and pride about growing our own small businesses.

Thank you for taking the initiative to contribute.You remind us that passion and community drive us much more than commission checks.Companies large and small would be wise to work a model that allows its employees to find their passion. I move that a half a day, once a week to grow passion would make us more productive, healthier and happier.

Thank you for filling our streets with family, laughter and happiness. We are forever grateful.
